How does the feeder work?

Fill the 1.6 L food hopper with dry kibble and the 0.8 L bottle with water, then set them on the base. Gravity keeps the food bowl and the water dish topped up as your pet eats and drinks.

Does it need batteries or a power outlet?

No. It's fully gravity-fed — no plugs, no batteries, no charging.

How long does one fill last?

It depends on your pet's size and appetite, and on how many pets share it. The clear water bottle and the food window show you at a glance when it's time to refill.

Is it portion-controlled?

No. It's a gravity feeder, so it works best for pets that free-feed. If your pet is on a strict diet or measured meals, ask your veterinarian before switching.

What food can I use?

Dry kibble only. Wet food won't flow through the hopper.

Is it good for cats and dogs?

It's designed for cats and small dogs. At 9.8 × 9.1 × 7.9 in, it fits easily in a kitchen corner, laundry room or hallway.

How do I keep the food fresh?

The hopper has a sealed lid and a sliding food gate. Slide the gate down to close the food outlet and keep kibble fresh; slide it up to let food flow again.

How do I clean it?

The bottle, hopper and base come apart. Wash them by hand with warm, soapy water and let everything dry fully before refilling. Refresh the water every few days.
